Easy Returns

NOTE: Custom made products (products that have been customized according to the buyer’s specifications) may not be returned for credit.

Non-custom products may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. However, it must be ensured that the product being retuned is in a new, re-sellable condition.

Please don't forget to include your Coverking Store order number, your contact information, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product. The typical reasons would be:

i) Manufacturing defect: If the product fails to match your requirements to the fullest, or if a manufacturing defect is discovered;

ii) Wrong product delivered: If you’ve been delivered a wrong product by accident, or if the product that is shipped is out of your requirements;.

iii) Ordering mistakes: If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product.
